As an independent contractor, it is always up to your best judgement on how to safely transport goods, but we’ve provided some videos of common sense transportation practices you can refer to for additional information.

If a customer asks to ride along with you, the answer is no. Joey's insurance does not cover passengers.

If a customer asks to ride with you, tell them "I have to go to another pickup right after this delivery and I cannot take you back. Also, Joey's policy and insurance do not allow us to take passengers yet."
