We bill the first hour (30 minutes for courier) upfront. If the delivery time goes over that base time, it will charge per minute at the same hourly rate. Drive time to the pickup location, or back home after, does not go into your cost. When we arrive at the pickup, our driver will take a quick video of the item being moved to document the condition it’s in before the delivery, and that starts the clock. Our driver takes another quick video when they finish unloading at the drop off condition to document the condition they leave the item(s) in, and that ends the clock!
