One standout feature of Astute Furnishings is its above-average consignment rates for original owners. If a piece of furniture or other item is sold within 30 days, the original owner receives 60% of the proceeds. Most other consignment stores in Cincinnati offer 50% or less.

If the item is sold within 30 to 60 days, the original owner receives 50% of the proceeds, which is still higher than many other consignment stores which discount or decrease the split after 30 days.

This N That Consignments will pick up furniture if needed, though this will cost you an extra 10% of the revenue. Owners will only get 40% of the selling price while This n That will keep 60% to cover the cost of pickup.
